Document legalization
The authentication route depends on the document’s origin and destination. We review whether an apostille, a legalization process or a different requirement applies before defining the service.
Information for the initial review
- Issuing country, state and authority.
- Country and institution where the document will be used.
- Type of original document or certified copy available.
- Any written authentication instructions from the recipient.
Scope and quotation
The proposal should specify the work, expected deliverables and follow-up. Professional fees, official fees, translations and shipping are itemized separately when applicable. Requirements, appointments and final decisions depend on the relevant authority; processing times and results are not guaranteed.
Start with a short description. Avoid sending full identity documents or sensitive personal information in your first social-media message.
